Gradings: I grade my records and sleeves using the Record Collectors Grading System but please mouse over the images in the uploaded photos to help establish your own idea of the item condition. 

Vinyl: (Aural): Excellent: Record play-tested very well with some occasional mild ‘crackle’ during quieter sections, but definitely no loud interference or skips and stylus sticks…. Audio is still rich and clear and very impressive overall.

Vinyl: (Visual): Side 1: Good: Side 2: Very Good: There are two scores across side 1(please see pictures) that DO NOT impact the sound quality in any way. Apart from these two marks both sides of the record are in very good shape with only the usual hairlines/paper scuffs. There is no significant warping and the disc sits well on the turntable with no abnormal movement during playing.

Labels: Very Good Minus: There are some visible spindle marks/spidering on both labels (please see photos) but no stains, tears or other defects and the print is still clearly visible.

Sleeve: Very Good: The gatefold sleeve to this late ‘73 repress has normal wear and tear to the corners and some ring wear to the rear cover. The spine is intact and the sleeve is very clean both internally and externally (please see photos). Also included is the original pyramid & palm tree sticker which is in excellent condition with the backing paper still in place.

Inner sleeve: Very Good: The plain inner has some age discolouration but is still completely intact.

Records will be dispatched, well packed in custom mailers, within three working days of receiving payment.

Due to being stung by non-delivery claims in the past I now ship all LPs via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for as standard, although I will ship up to four LPs for the same cost as one. If purchasing more than one record, please contact me for a revised invoice before making payment.

Collection in person always welcome for local bidders, in which case payment will be by cash on collection.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc...

Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
