Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon UK 1973 misprint Quad labels- RARE LP vinyl. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.
An odd one this!
As you can see it has Quad label on side 1 and Stereo label on side 2!
Matrix are side 1: SHVL 804 A-4 ( LD also etched at 11 o'clock)
Side 2: SHVL 804 B-3 (what looks like RO7 etched at 2 o'clock and 23 etched at 7 o'clock)
Cover is G+. Intact but a bit shabby
Poster (just one) is included VG some pin holes where it's been put up
Vinyl well I'm going G+. There are a few isolated marks on each side. So some light pops here and there and a couple of more prominent ones, also some light crackle in the quiet intro sections. But when they are letting rip it sounds amazing and VG at least. But as this is particularly sonic album I know most people will often settle for nothing short of immaculate! But I think it's an ace listen. If this was a Beatles album or something a bit louder all the way through and didn't have so many quiet passages it would be a decent VG every day of the week!
But I am sort of assuming that the clientele looking at this will have a dozen copies on various formats so playing this may not be the prime motivation! But if it is and you are a regular Joe/Josephine and just after a playing copy then this will do you fine (albeit with the odd blemish) though HMV will do you something more regular if that is what you want. Ok is than enough ? ! Happy to take more questions!!! Or even pointer as I'm sure there are many PF experts out there. Only selling as I have a great 2nd pressing in excellent condition too!
Also....I don't have a hi-fi set up that plays Quodrophonic so can't tell if any of the sides are Quod or it's just the one label! The matrix suggets this is the most likely case but who knows!
