This is an excellent sounding example of this double album from my own personal record collection. Nice clear stereo separation with excellent definition and tonal clarity on both sides, a true and high-quality listening experience for this classic vinyl. The LP plays through without any disenable flaws and very little background noise, providing excellent and very clear sounding Sonics with a great depth of sound.

 Original 10th Press in  excellent condition.

The Dark Side of the Moon is the eighth studio album by the English progressive rock band Pink Floyd, released in March 1973. It built on ideas explored in the band's earlier recordings and live shows, but lacks the extended instrumental excursions that characterised their work following the departure in 1968 of founder member, principal composer and lyricist, Syd Barrett. The Dark Side of the Moon's themes include conflict, greed, the passage of time, and mental illness, the latter partly inspired by Barrett's deteriorating mental state

In 1987, Rolling Stone listed the record 35th on its "Top 100 Albums of the Last 20 Years",] and sixteen years later, in 2003 the album polled in 43rd position on the magazine's list of "The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time".

Detailed description
Vinyl:The vinyl looks superb and has retained its original high sheen, with very few marks to be seen. It has clearly been well cared for and rarely played. Under bright light, there were just a few of the finest whispy hairlines and sleeve-removal trails (from the paper  inner sleeve), but nothing significant.
Labels: Both labels look excellent  with no signs of damage, writing, stickers etc and minimal spindle marking. Judging by the lack of spindle marks I would estimate that it has been played four or five times .
Sleeve: The sleeve has no writing, splits, tears or stickers etc, just typical signs of Storage use. There Is a  crease down the front entranceof the front cover , the edges and corners  show storage wear and a light ring shadow Front and rear, some minor discolouration/grubbiness near the edges and  a few minor marks and scrapes.!!! Inner Gatefold Is in Excellent condition in line with Age .

Edge wear: The spine is solid and firm.

Corner wear:  Bumps to Corners Only Signs Of Minor Creasing In Line With Age .

Inner sleeve: Original Inner Patent Paper Sleeve Ex

  The vinyl looks Ex and all the indications are that it has had very little use.

  CONDITION REVIEW Having reviewed descriptions for records decided to drop the grading of Mint Or Nr Mint . The Whole Grey area being exploited by Scrupulous buyers . Mint Is Sealed !!! Nr Mint matter Of Opinion often far from some peoples expectations , Vinyl protected for years still shows depreciation . Many High end sellers who have a large following get away with murder " Mint When it clearly shows spindle wear , surface lines , Cover defaults e.g bumps to corners , creases , . The smaller Seller Like myself seem to be a target for the whole affair , Probably purchases made from top sellers wanting near perfect Vinyl to sell on for profit , and if it dosent make there grade for turnover, wanting instant refunds . So decided to stop the whole process of setting myself up for getting Negative Feedback from people trying to pull me to bits over grading and get their records for nothing with manipulation Tactics . My Vinyl Will Be only Graded Ex Or Ex + Which In most cases will Of a Good Audio Reproduction , But not held up with a search light and Looked at through a Magnifying Glass!!! Also Low Surface Noise !! I will Include In listing If this is Overbearing and makes a difference to the overall sound , not everybody has the same record Player.

GOOD : the record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorted ,perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches .the cover and contents suffer from folding ,scuffing of edges ,spine splits ,discolouration ,etc
