For auction:

Pink Floyd’s 1973 masterpiece “The Dark side of the moon”, this being possibly a 4th or 5th Harvest record A4 / B3 issue. Complete with the 2 graphics stickers & the 2 posters and the inner sleeve.

What makes this copy so special is the NEAR MINT condition of the cover ,vinyl, stickers and posters. And the fact that both sides of the vinyl record have Side 2 EMI labels ! This is rare label error.

Cover: black gatefold, front right edge stuck together, but no fold-over. Catalog number in the upper right corner of the back cover. Inside cover with lyrics and with Garrad & Lofthouse printer credit 7303. Beautiful near mint condition.

Inner sleeve: white inner sleeve, with “Care of your record” rectangle at the top, and “Important Notice” in a rectangle at the bottom. “Made in Great Britain” and Patent no. 1,125,555 at the very bottom. Some handling. Near mint.

Pyramid poster: blue, no catalog number on the poster. Mint.

Group poster: six pane group shot with “SHVL 804” in the bottom right corner. Mint.

Brown and yellow graphics sticker: matte, backing is white with diagonal brown stripes, and “FasPrint Permanent” and “Crack Back Patented” on the paper. Perfect, mint.

Label: black Harvest label Side 2 on both sides, text around top edge starts at 10 o’clock: “EMI Records Ltd. All rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved” Text at bottom edge starts at 8 o’clock: “Unauthorised public performance, broadcasting and copying of this record prohibited. Made in Gt. Britain”, only 2-3 faint spindle marks. Near mint.

Vinyl: stamped matrix SHVL 804 A-4 M1 and SHVL 804 B-3 RRO 23, in near mint condition.

Grading as per RRPG.

Postage: tracked and signed UK / worldwide, combined postage possible, packaged professional mailers and stiffeners, vinyl will be removed from the cover and placed behind cover in a plastic sleeve.

Europe/Rest of the free world is £14.75, international tracked/signed for.
