This is a superb unofficial limited edition 2-track picture disc pressed in Italy. The catalogue number is STILL 011.    

I've not seen a copy since I bought it years ago from a record fair. The disc is in perfect as new condition!

I bought all of my Floyd LP's at various record fairs throughout the 80's and 90's. Rarely seen now, these are a fabulous addition to any collection!
