Description
Both sides of the disk have some scuffmarks and stylus scratches and the label of side one has spindle marks although it depends on your expectations ofa 40+ year old record. Doesn’t have file under popular music on flipback top right. it is blankas per early pressings. Also I can confirm the inner sleeve as follows - Creamcolored inner sleeve. On the front is an EMI logo at the top center, with"Add these outstanding LPs to your collection" at the top, 16 LPcovers pictured in the middle including Both Sides of Herman's Hermits, and"Remember-the new Emitex cleans and preserves your records," and"Patents applied for" at the bottom. On the back is an EMI logo atthe top center, with " - the greatest recording organization in theworld" at the top, 16 LP covers pictured in the middle including theBeatles-Revolver, and "E.M.I. Records (The Gramophone Company Ltd.) Hayes- Middlesex - England, Made and Printed in Great Britain" at the bottom.Black Columbia labels with silver text, and a blue "Columbia Records MagicNotes Trademark" at the top, and a blue "Columbia" in thecenter. Underneath the blue "Columbia" it says "Sold in U.K.subject to resale price conditions. See price lists." On this copy, theletters "K" and "T" are stamped on one of the labels (onside 1) on each side of the spindle hole These are the U.K. tax stamps andindicate that the tax was paid for this album. At the bottom of the label, itsays "Made in Gt. Britain."
