Description
Original UK Harvest label stereo press LP, with the 'Gramophone Co' label text and earliest A-2 B-2 matrices and 1- 2- stampers of the 1st pressing!The Garrod & Lofthouse textured matt sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear on the cover and a small tear on the opening that has been carefully repaired. The spine is intact and fully readable, the Harvest inner is intact & in VG+ condition.
The record is in visually EX condition, with no scratches or nasty marks & only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with no evidence of spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, just some brief background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great, loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; SHSP 4020, A-2 stamper 1-L, B-2 stamper 2-GP. This is one of early copies of the first pressing of the original UK stereo issue of this classic 1972 album!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
