Pink Floyd - The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn - 1967 - UK - 12" vinyl LP
Columbia SCX 6157
Silver-on-black labels; "File under..." text on sleeve rear; front-laminated flipback sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse.
Rear sleeve top right has "stereo"; bottom right has "This mono record..." text.
Second pressing, circa 1969.

Matrix nos:
side 1: YAX 3419-1 (stamped)
side 2: YAX 3420-1 (stamped)
Disc - 'Excellent minus'
Looks good, glossy vinyl, with some fine scuffs & hairlines, one or two more noticeable marks.
Clean labels with light to very light spindle-marking - see photos.
Plays very well, with very light surface noise, audible between tracks and in the quietest bits.
There's a mark across Astronomy Domine which generates one pop just before the start and a few more later on - no skips, still listenable.
Sleeve - 'Excellent minus'
The laminated flipback outer is generally crisp, clean & straight with a good, clean & legible, spine.
Ink initials front top right; slight damage top & bottom edges; slight damage to both ends of both top & bottom flipbacks - see photos.
Original purple Harvest company inner is generally clean & crease-free; album name in ink both sides; splits both sides & bottom.
Will supply new poly-lined paper inner.

Condition Guide
I use the Record Collector's Magazine's Grading Guide - which is also the ebay standard - to describe the condition of records.
"MINT - M: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT - Ex: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD - VG: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD - G: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler."
Note - I don't use 'Mint' as a description - and I don't sell less-than-'Good'.
