Description

I have here a very early Stereo press of The Pink Floyd Piper on Blue Columbia


Early stampers

YAX 3419-1  1A

YAX 3420-1  1M


So this denotes that it was one of the first 1000 to come off the pressing plant.


Vinyl is vg+. It does have some marks and hairlines on it. But holds its original sheen nicely.

Side 2 however does have, what looks like its been stabbed but on closer inspection it is a manufacturer fault. Plays without skipping but with background hissing and crackles.


Labels have some slight damage arounx the spindle.


Sleeve is the later press (white as oppose to the grey, but i will put in an original sleeve)


All in all a nice piece that sounds great
