Blue and Black label:  Mono SX 6157.

Matrices: XAX 3419 / XAX 3420.

Vinyl in excellent condition, clean and shiny. No marks,scratches, or spindle traces.

Ernest J Day printed laminated front cover sleeve hardly marked and spine intact.  

Original EMI promotional inner sleeve.

I am not a dealer. This was bought by me in year of issue and has been in storage for over 40 years.
