About this release...FYIFront Cover: Laminated, flip-back sleeve design.
Back Cover: The top right part of the flip-back is blank. It does NOT read "File under POPULAR : Pop Groups". A cover containing this is a repress, without is THE VERY FIRST PRESS … Back cover includes title, credits, and song listing. Catalog number in upper right corner. Un-laminated.
Labels: Black Columbia labels with silver text, and a blue "Columbia Records Magic Notes Trademark" at the top, and a blue "Columbia" in the center.
Inner Sleeve #2: Reddish brown printing on cream colored paper. On the front side is the EMI logo at the top center, with "Add these outstanding LPs to your collection" at the top, 16 LP covers pictured in the middle including The Beatles-Sgt. Peppers, and "Remember-the new Emitex cleans and preserves your records," and "Patents applied for" at the bottom.

The sleeve is the exact version as described above (no "File under POPULAR : Pop Groups", which was on later releases) ; It is intact; a bit of light creasing on the front and around the flip backs on rear, which also has some handling marks/wear//slight discolouration; A bit of rubbing along the top edge and a VG readable Spine - No writing pen marks anywhere , a strong VG+
The inner is , EX, and, as as referenced in the Discogs listing #2 - with advertising of EMI catalogue

Quite rare to find this still included and in such good condition
The vinyl shows plenty of signs that it has been enjoyed over the years , no major scratches , only light marks and nothing deep that will impact on playback...and...
The best thing is that there is very little impact of its age on playback - it plays through really, really well, no jumps or loud pops , a bit of light crackle and occasional noise only - a very nice listen! VG+ leaning towards EX!
