Original 1971 UK Starline 11-track stereo LP compilation, textured picture sleeve with the original black & white Nick Mason artwork, SRS5071. 

GRADING:

Cover - Excellent Minus

Garrod & Lofthouse black and white textured sleeve.

Original advertising inner sleeve.

Spine intact and clearly readable.

Seams clean and intact.

There are some small ageing spots/discolouration on the front and back sleeve. These should be visible on the photographs.

Apart from the small spots mentioned above the sleeve has retained it's original colour without any major fading etc.

A few small creases coming from spine/seam.

General very light wear and slightest hint of ringwear, virtually impossible to avoid on this sleeve unless record was removed straight away.

There is a small handwritten cross on the back sleeve top left.

A very nice example of quite a delicate sleeve.

Record - Excellent

Matrix numbers are A1 and B2.

Labels very clean and free from any writing.

'Gramophone' and 'Made In Gt Britain' label text.

Vinyl looks and sounds exceptionally good. Very light occasional background noise.

Our grading is based on the system used by Record Collector magazine as described below (We don't sell records with a grading of less than very good).

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Record will be sent in a cardboard cruciform record mailer with additional cardboard stiffeners for extra protection. The record is also placed in a protective polythene sleeve. The record/inner will be removed from the main sleeve to guard against any seam/spine damage during postage.
