Description

I have come to the point where I have decided to sell a major part of my Record Collection, which has been accumulated over many years. I am not a dealer, these are all my albums, some purchased new at the time. They are all at least in Excellent or Near Mint condition

On offer here is an original First UK pressing of See Emily Play by Pink Floyd, released in 1967 on the Columbia label, catalogue number DB 8214. This is the first press with the solid centre, not to be confused with the later push out centre variant

I have had this single for many years, but have only played it a couple of times, latterly to list here

See Emily Play plays exceptionally well, with great audio, as you would expect from a first press. There is no crackle or clicks, no marks of any kind, but it should be noted that at the very end of the track it sticks, but this is at the very very end of the fade out, in that the arm does not move towards the label, so not really detrimental to the sound but needed to be mentioned.

Scarecrow plays through without issue

The matrix numbers are 7 X CA 30214 - 1 and 30215 - 1

The original Green Columbia company sleeve is included , which is in Excellent condition, and a later design which is in Excellent Plus condition. Both are unsplit and original.

I do combine postage up to 2 kg

I use the Record Collector Grading System for Covers and Vinyl

The record will be securely packed in a professional Record Mailer made by Covers 33 as used by most Record Mail Order companies. It will be sent within five days of receiving cleared payment.
