This title is getting rarer and rarer, more and more expensive.

I don't know why, but it's a few millimeters larger than sleeve, so it sticks out from under sleeve.

 

Sleeve has  tiny scuffs on corners and a few slight wears on spines. No split or tears. Still intact. EX

Record has some slight minor spindle marks, otherwise excellent condition. EX

Obi has some slight creases and tiny scuffs.
