Description

This is a copy of the LP The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd, first pressing UK issue from 1973 on Harvest SHVL 804 (1E 064 o 05249).

The stamped matrices are  SHVL 804  A - 2  GGR  7  and  SHVL 804  B - 2  RL  2

Visually the vinyl is (at best) in Very Good condition with a lot of faint handling / hair lines and paper scuffs but it plays surprisingly loud and clear with just faint surface noise. On my turntable it didn't skip or jump. The labels are clean with no stains, stickers scuffs or writing. There are a lot of faint spindle lines on each label.

The dark blue, gatefold, card cover is in Very Good condition. There is some ring wear, light staining, rubbing to the print front and back and on the edges and spine. There are no stickers , splits, tears or writing. Both left-hand and right-hand sides are open and neither show signs of ever being glued shut.

The original, poly-lined, die-cut, black paper inner sleeve has a lot of creases, a tiny 4 mm. tear to each die-cut centre, a 5 cm. split at the top of the left-hand side and a further (clean) 14 cm. split in the middle of the same side. There are no stickers or writing. There are two printed patent numbers  1125555  and  1072844.

This copy has the two sticker inserts but NO posters.
