Sleeve: GD+ - Showing corner, edge and ring wear. Scuffing to spine. The front flap of the gatefold shows evidence of having been sealed (the two flaps glued together), but is no longer. 

Media: VG - Some finger prints, and a few surface marks. No scratches and plays great.

Inner: VG+ - Includes both posters (glossy) and stickers (pictured), which are in near perfect condition. Original plain black inner sleeve is in pretty good nick - one small split at bottom and some creasing.

Matrix: SHVL 804 A-3   SHVL 804 B-2

I have put in a huge amount of research on this, and what we appear to have here is a crossover press, between the 1st press and repress, which used the first press stamper for side B.

There are a few key differences to the 1st press, which are the labels have a hollow prism, the inner sleeve is just  paper and is not polylined, there is a sticker on the front with the band name and title, and it also does not include the promotional booklet. However, pretty much everything else is the same. It is hard to tell if there is a blue tint to the cover due to the ring wear.
