Important: Read Full Listing (had a 'buy it now' purchase from someone who didn't read the listing and they backed out!!!! Price reflects condition!!!!)
1st Pressing UK MONO on black+blue Columbia EMI label
Pink Floyd's First Album The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn with Syd Barrett on Lead Vocals and Guitar
Cover: VG- = some writing but still in good shape for its age. has some staining unfortunately. No splitting or tears.
Vinyl: Side 1 is in Fair condition (plays mostly VG). The reason it is graded Fair is a a repeating skip on Take Up Thy Stethoscope (the last track on side 1. Caused by a deep scratch). Lucifer Sam also has a tiny jump at some point. Before the repeating skip, it mostly seems to play with some slight surface noise. Side 2 plays well and is in VG condition.
A collection filler copy of a very hard to find record!! This copy is still playable and less than half the cost of one in perfect shape.
Inner: Original EMI inner sleeve. Has a small split on the right side.
Still a good example of a very hard to find record
**SHIPPING**All of our records are shipped using cardboard stiffeners to keep the records flat and protected from any bumps along the way to you! The record itself is always separated from its cover sleeve (and often the inner sleeve if it is a valuable original) to prevent splitting. Buy with confidence! Sorry but we do not accept returns (please read the auction carefully).
