Following the loss of the speakers to our record player during a house move around 5 years ago we have made the difficult decision to sell our record collection and we will be listing them all individually over the next couple of weeks. All the LP's are from our personal collection that we have collected over the last 40+ years and have been very well looked after.

Unfortunately, as we no longer have the speakers we are not able to listen to the records to check the audio, but all the LP's will be given a thorough visual inspection. We will grade the disc, inner sleeve and outer sleeve as either very good, good or fair, along with a brief desciption of any observations we make. Also, please use the photographs to help you make an assesment of the item's condition.

Our collection has not been played in at least 5 years, and most of them will have been longer than that. From memory all our LP's played well the last time they were used. We only played these LP's on the best equipment we could afford. Our record player is a Goldring Lenco GL 75, and we will be listing the player for auction separately in the coming weeks.

We are aware that only being able to make a visual assesment of LP's is not ideal so if upon receipt of your item you are not happy about its condition or we have not descibed it accurately, please contact us via ebay messages and we will happily offer a full refund upon return of the item.

Audio - Mono

On the blue Columbia label this vinyl LP was pressed in 1967. This is the mono version.

Disc - Fair condition. We played this LP alot in our youth, so there are some marks and scratches as to be expected of a record nearly 45 years old, but it does not jump. Last time I played this there was some crackling in the background and this will be down to it being played often.

Outer Sleeve - Fair. Slight discolouration due to age & shelf worn along all the edges and corners and some marks, but all intact. Some slight creasing to the front.

Inner Sleeve - Fair. Slight discolouration due to age and some marks. Also has "SX6157 The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn" written in pen on the top right corner of both sides. Top right corner of one side also torn.
