Description
Hello! This is an auction for a copy of The Piper At the Gates of Dawn by Pink Floyd. This is an early UK pressing on the Columbia black and blue labels, catalogue number SCX 6157. This copy has the gray back cover and the original stampers, with YAX 3419-1 A in the deadwax for side 1, and YAX 3420-1 M in the deadwax for side 2. This copy does have scuffing and scratching to it, but it's been played, and doesn't have any skips or sticks whatsoever. There is a bit of background noise, but it doesn't overpower the music at any point. This copy still provides a rather enjoyable listening experience, even if it isn't a top shelf copy. The cover is in pretty decent shape, with some creasing, staining, and basic shelf wear. It's also worth noting that this particular copy seems to have a rare label font variation. This is a hard album to come by in any shape, and is much sought after.
