Promotional inner sleeve
Matrix/runout data: YAX 3419-6-1-1 / YAX 3420-5-1-3-4ll
There are some surface marks visible on the vinyl when held up to the light but they don't affect the sound quality apart from a few light pops/crackles in quiet sections.
  This is possibly an intermediate or promo release.  The cover is the Fame 7th reissue with no barcode but the matrix data indicates a later pressing before the 8th issue with a printed promotional inner sleeve.  If you're an expert on such things, please let me know your opinion via eBay messages.
