Pink Floyd The Piper at the Gates of Dawn -1967 First UK Issue Mono SX 6157
black Columbia label with a blue Columbia trademark logo
Side 1: XAX 3419-2 GA 1 Side 2: XAX 3420-1 GH 1
Sleeve condition: graded as VG to VG+, due to minor wear to edges, slight creasing on the front laminate cover as shown in the pictures
Back cover: VG due Some discolouration to the rear side as shown in the pictures 'File Under Popular' Top right hand corner, Bottom right hand corner 'Printed and made by Ernest J Day and Co Ltd London' There is no writing or pen marks on this back cover
Inner sleeve: grades as VG+,to EX, original Cream EMI sleeve that still maintains its original color with very minimal discoloration
Labels: Side 1 : Very minor spindle marks, with K T etched (Taxed payed ) on Label which is clean with no writing or pen marks Side 2 : Very minor spindle marks ,Labels are clean with no writing or pen marks
Vinyl: Visually Graded VG due to surface marks and hair lines which are evident in day light ,all of which do not affect sound quality. Vinyl is Audibly graded as VG+ to Excellent, this vinyl plays all the way through with no clicks, pops, skips, or jumps and no background noise in the quieter parts. this copy is a superb listen all the way through with clarity hard to find on this mono version
The vinyl lays flat on the platter and still maintains its glossy sheen
