Description
Pink Floyd's THE WALL Double LP in gatefold cover. Authentic early US pressing on Columbia (PC2 36183, 1979) with Terre Haute plant indicators—early matrix vinyl in a second-issue sleeve variant (band members' names in ninth brick of credits, no barcode, no John McClure in engineers). Mastered at The Mastering Lab with TML-S/M stamps. Has original inner sleeves with lyrics (no credits on inners). Record is VG+ (Goldmine standards) OK Grok helped with that first part. Now here is my assessment.
Record VG+ I just play tested this. I wish I didn't because now I kinda want to keep it but that happens a lot. It sounds great. No skips or major issues, but some light surface noise in quiet spots and a couple minor pops on side four between the last tracks.
I did not wet clean this at all. I just dry dusted it and used a static brush so it may sound even better with a really good cleaning.
Cover is VG+ with some ring wear but solid with no splits. (See photos for condition details)
