With Two Lyrics Inner Sleeve (These Have Small Light Brown Dot Spots Overall Like The Photo 6),Postcard Sheet to The CBS Sony for Customer Survey and Japan only Foldout Lyrics/Japanese Linernotes Sheet.
Front Sleeve Has Clear Title Sticker That Has Issue Number "# 40AP 1750-1" (It Has Creases Like The Photo 2)
This Is Promo Label Copy, So All Labels Have The Printed Japanese Word "Sample".
Also with A Press Release Sheet for The Promotion, Please See Photo 3.
Disc are EX, Sleeve is EX Minus - VG Plus (No Tear and No Split, It Has Light Ringwear and Small Light Brown Dot Spots).
