Description
Up for sale is a Still Sealed, Pink Floyd "Wish You Were Here" First Press LP from 1975, released by Columbia.
The Shrink Wrap:
The unique dark blue/black opaque wrapping was intentionally designed by Hipgnosis artist Storm Thorgerson. It was meant to hide the actual album cover artwork (the burning man) to fit the album's themes of "absence". Because most buyers ripped this wrap off immediately in 1975, finding a copy with the shrink completely intact is highly collectible.
The Back Cover:
The back shows minimal "ringwear" (the circular faint outline pressed into the cover from the record inside). Given its age, the wrap has held up remarkably well.
Additionally, there is wear along the edges and a split on the top right corner ~¼ inch on each edge. Not even enough to peel back. The rest of the wear along the edges appears to be the color of the shrink rubbed off, but the plastic has not split. A ghost of ring wear from storage is also noted.

Shipping will be in a heavy duty 14" pizza box sourced from a local pizza shop, not cheap retail store boxes.
Lacking the wear and split of my copy, I'd be asking $750+ for a pristine copy, but I think my asking price is fair. Make a Reasonable offer if you disagree.
