Description
This is the hard to find 2nd pressing on Columbia records HC45453 Half Speed Master. The reason this is important is mentioned on the Pink Floyd Archives (http://pinkfloydarchives.com/DUSLPPF.htm#WYWHhs2):
“Pressing Information: The original pressings (33453-2) of the Half-Speed Master have incorrect EQ, noticeable particularly in the high frequencies. It is believed that the reason for this is that, when the lacquer was cut at half speed, the standard RIAA equalization curve (normally used for full speed cutting) was used. This resulted in the EQ being applied to frequencies well below what they were intended for (cutting at half speed results in the sound of the music during the cutting process being considerably lower). This problem was corrected, and a second issue of the Half Speed Master was made (HC 43453), with correct EQ.”
The condition is as follows:
• Cover: Excellent - There is sticker residue on the front cover. Otherwise this would be like new and graded M-. No fading, splitting, marks, etc.
• Vinyl: M- Looks as in new condition with full gloss and no marks of any kind.

All vinyl is stored outside of the cover to prevent seam splitting. Vinyl in poly sleeve, as is the cover.

All vinyl will be placed in a poly non-static sleeve and shipped outside of the cover to prevent seam splitting. Covers are also in poly sleeves.
