Description
UK first pressing of Pink Floyd's 'Wish You Were Here' with A-1/B-3 matrix numbers.
The vinyl playing surfaces look near-mint under normal lighting. Under a bright LED light, I see a few superficial sleeve removal hairlines, but these do not affect playback. Plays beautifully - loud and clear, with just a light touch of surface noise during the quieter moments, but this is neither loud nor overpowering. I have had many UK originals pass through my hands, and this is one of the quietest that I have heard.
Comes complete with the black outer shrink with sticker and the glossy postcard.
The cover is in excellent condition - just a hint of ringwear on the front near the top seam, and some light feathering at the opening, but no seam-wear - all seams are intact. The spine (pinched at the top and bottom) is clean, with all text legible.
There is a clean 4cm split on the bottom seam of the printed cardboard inner, and a small (1cm), light pen-mark near the opening at the top (see picture 7).
