Sleeve covered with BLACK SHRINK WRAP, which has a coloured sticker on center and multiple pin holes (for venting) - Matrix numbers: A-6  5 HTM / B-14  6 1 HTM -  Side 1's credits in "Shine On Crazy Diamond - Part 5" has changed to "Waters" (corrected from the 2nd edition) - Original inner sleeve has square corners and an opening at top center with notch - Includes the original POSTCARD with straight edges, showing the pictures of a diving man.
