An early example with A1 B7 matrix codes.
The thick card sleeve is VG+. Only mild discolouration, a strong readable spine with first issue pinched ends and the original sticker from the black shrinkwrap affixed to the front.
The inner is thin glossy paper and there is handling wear and some light spotting.
The vinyl. A strange one. I don’t think it can have been played much at all. It was quite a tight fit on the spindle and is very clean and glossy throughout on side 1 and I have listened to it and can’t fault it. Side 2 has many tiny marks in the grooves and on one of my two record players there are a few skips towards the end of ‘Have a Cigar’. On my other player it plays fine. I haven’t cleaned this record. There is no background noise except a couple of short hissing noises in the quiet section between Cigar and the title track.
The postcard is in great condition but is on a lighter card than the first issue examples and is more of a matt effect.
