Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Pink Floyd – Wish you were here – Original Vinyl LP album from 1975.
A1, B5 Matixes.
Has Black outer cover.
Complete with Postcard which is in really nice condition.
Also included are two ticket stubs. These tatty and torn but are included as a bonus. I dare say they were torn at the door to the concert all those years ago.
Vinyl Condition: G (A lot of light lines and some visible white scuffs. Nothing major. Record plays great with nice sound quality. There is the odd click and pop in places but overall nice playback.
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (The plastic outer sleeve is stretched and torn as you would expect. It has been taped to the sleeve a long time ago and there is yellowing where the tape is. The sticker is good and has never been picked off or removed. Acceptable condition overall. Please study the photos carefully so you can see the condition for yourself. Not perfect but acceptable for someone who would like an original with the black plastic and the post card).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
