Description
Pink Floyd,Animals,LP, Catalogue Number: (SHVL 815), Cover Details: Gatefold sleeve with a Lyric inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: excellent condition with only slight usage wear as you would expect from normal play, acceptable to most collectors.
Record Condition: Has some light surface marks which should not affect play, these are mostly made from removing the record from the sleeve so should play through fine with no playback defects(no actual scratches or jumps/skips/sticks etc) and is acceptable to most collectors.
Any Other Details: Original first pressing, on the Harvest record label. Matrix numbers SHVL 815 A-2U & SHVL 815 B-2U. This record has been listened to and on our record player it plays without any jumps, skips, pops and clicks. This is a quiet LP and there is some very light background crackle in some of the quieter passages, particularly the very beginning of side two. Housed in the first press wide spine sleeve. There is a small amount of wear and a few very small creases at the front opening edge. The spine is straight and the printing is legible, it has two thin white creases from the top to the bottom, all of them do from opening the gatefold to look at the sleeve inside. There are no splits, large creases or stains. It has been well cared for but does have a few tiny chips out of the print around the edges. Complete with its original black card inner sleeve which is in excellent condition. Apart from a 4.5cm split at one of the sides. This is the first press inner with rounded corners and untreated buff card inside. This is a nice copy of a sought after album, one that you would be please to own but not afraid to play
