Description

Pink Floyd-Wavelengths-Mega Rare LP on Spatial Records! This auction is for the vinyl record from Pink Floyd and Adrian Maben, titled, Wavelengths. It was released in 1988 and comes from different recordings from 1966 through 1978. (Spatial Arrangement 4 Records R + G 5002~Black vinyl). It was near impossible finding out any details about the record, but I found information about this record from a great Pink Floyd website, which has the best and most complete Pink Floyd database; of any of the sites I searched. I put mega rare in the title because I researched this record many months ago and never saw it sold on Ebay or anywhere else. To find info on this record here is the link that has it all:

  • If anyone has trouble with the link, here's some of the more important details. According to the website, side 1 is definitley Pink Floyd and side 2 is most likely Adrian Maben. The vinyl is very clean and shiny and grades Near Mint on the A side, with no scratches or marks. The B side is conservatively VG++, with a couple of very hard to see light scratches. Both sides play very well. The jacket grades VG, with a bit of light cover wear, some 1/4 inch edge creases, a 1/4 inch scrape from a removed sticker near the upper right corner and a 2 inch crease near the lower right corner. Please note also that on the back of the jacket it says,"#-----of 300 color vinyl copies", but that my copy is black vinyl. Due to the rarity of this record; I would guess it's very possible, that it was only made in black vinyl. If anyone contacts me with added info; I'd be happy to add or revise this auction.
  • SONGS: The record has 7 classic acid songs and here's the track listing with info copied directly from the jacket. The first 4 songs are the a side and the last 3 are the b side: Let's Roll Another One-Studio 1966, Interstellar Overdrive-Studio 1/11/67 Rare French EP, Moonhead-for BBC TV Moonlanding special 7/20/69, The Embryo-BBC Paris Theatre London 10/3/71, Portrait Of Jaacov Agam-German TV 12/30/76, Surrealism 1-German TV 8/4/78 and Surrealism 2-German TV 8/11/78.
