This Is An Excellent Collectors Album

The Piper at the Gates of Dawn Original blue black Columbia Label
 The début album by  Pink Floyd, and the only one made under founding member Syd Barrett's leadership. The album contains whimsical lyrics about space, scarecrows, gnomes, bicycles and fairy tales, along with psychedelic instrumental songs. This is the original Columbia Label album that was initially released in 1967 by Columbia/EMI in the United Kingdom

  Up for sale is a very nice and rare 1967 1st press stereo on the blue and black columbia label with the sold in the uk text and file under pop top right cover printed by ernest j day & co LTD. Full laminate colour front and the back is a matt grey and black.

CONDITION

Side 1 in very nice condition with no scratches and plays perfectly. I  would grade as excellent used condition

No scratches but does show light signs of being pulled in and out of the cover. Plays perfectly with no skips or jumps.
The inner sleeve is original but has split on one seam.
The cover shows signs of being handled over the last 40 odd years with a worn bottom right corner where it has been slid on and off a shelf  but has no rips or tears
