Description
Here is a UK 7" rare vinyl single 'We Love The Pirates' by The Roaring 60s index number 598001 on the rare Marmalade label. It comes in its original marmalade sleeve which has a small tear, other than that perfect. It comes with a plastic protective sleeve. The vinyl is excellent. There are no scuffs and it plays excellent. The record label is in superb condition - no writing, tears or stickers on either A or B sides.
This record was released in the 1960s as part of a campaign to save the pirate radio stations mostly transmitting in the North Sea. It was not played by the stations as at the time they didn't want to upset the government of the day. After they closed down the song was soon deleted by the record company. Please look in a record price guide book if you have one to confirm the value. It is worth more in its original sleeve as it is rare to find both together.
