Ultra ultra rare debut single from Placebo.
This is the first release, an edition of 1500 7" vinyl split with Soup on the legendary Fierce Panda records.
When I first bought this I knew I had something special so I taped it and played the tape not the record - home taping is saving vinyl! that shows my age. Mind you, the record does too. And the fact I had a tape recorder :-) This has been in a box for ten years as I have no turntable any more. Knowing how much these can go for I have taken this one to someone else's record player to check and its fine - its not new but its plenty good enough as far as my ears are concerned. On request I could email a clip taken from this exact piece of vinyl. Won't send you the whole tune though or you won't buy it!
The tune itself remains my favourite Placebo recording. Its rougher, rawer and more energetic than the later work and makes the version on their eponymous album seem anaemic and sterile. Its not a record, its an atom bomb.
I'm taking a gamble by starting at 99p - please do me a favour and hit google to get an idea of a fair price. Might be prepared to ship internationally if you ask nicely! Postage cost is UK only - contact me for elsewhere - I will only ship this one signed for.

Hi, had a few questions about international postage. Mainland Europe will be £8.10 including insurance up to £50. Most places seem to take 3 - 5 days but this varies. Express services are available for some places but are a lot more. Slower services are only a few pence cheaper. Thanks
