Description
This is the original black vinyl release of this LP, purchased by me on October 10 1998 and stored carefully since then. The gatefold sleeve is in near mint condition with no tears or bends or creases..........there are two tiny knock marks under the barcode on the rear, and a tiny ring mark just visible under strong light, the inner parts of the gatefold are perfect, there is a slight indent in the cardboard above the shoulder of the girl on the left side and two tiny, tiny bends along the side spine, but these are all tiny and hardly noticeable.......I am just trying to be honest with you. The inner sleeve is perfect. The actual vinyl looks unplayed with no scuffs or marks visually graded as near mint. The matrix number in the runout groove is FLOORLP 8 A-1-1-1 and with a B instead of an A on the B side. I can see from research that there are other versions of this LP available, reissues represses etc...BUT, this is the real deal original pressing. There is one tiny audible click at the start of Pure Morning, probably just a speck of dust? the vinyl is very thin but they didn't always make thicker pressings back in those days. The vinyl plays very well apart from the click mentioned earlier. I will ship in a thick reinforced mailer with extra stiffeners, the record will be removed from the inner sleeve and put into a poly lined plain sleeve to avoid any damage.
