In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY

Winning bidder must complete payment within 7 days, unless you are purchasing multiple items. If payment is not received by the 14th day, you will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If a bid is accidentally or inappropriately submitted and the bid has not yet been paid for,then we can request a mutual bid cancellation from eBay upon your notice, but such requests are made solely upon our discretion. However, our ordering system is mostly automatic which means the processing of your order commonly begins within seconds of your payment, soit is not possible to change or cancel a bid once it is paid for. (No exceptions.)Also, please note:any return of product is also considered a cancellation of the eBay auction since the transaction was not completed and is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the final auction value or $5, whichever is greater.

RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES

• You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. You will be refunded your money back less your original shipping costs and cancellation fee. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
• If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
• If you receive a damaged item/package, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.

RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES

• Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable under our 30 Day Return Policy.
• Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
• The item MUST NOT show any sign of wear or use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
• The item MUST BE free of hair.
• The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

The following items are ONLY returnable if they are in their unopened, original packaging. Items must not have been worn, used or altered in any way.

We are located in Adelaide, South Australia and stock the latest toys, collectables and range of costumes. Our parent company Toynk.com (toy-ink) has been selling great toys, collectables and costumes out of Chicago, USA since 2001. In 2005 my partner went over to the US for a visit and was lucky enough to work with the guys @ Toynk in their warehouse in the lead up to Halloween. WOW, did they sell some awesome costumes, collectable toys and action figures! We just had to make these available in Australia. In 2007 our first shipment arrived from the States and we began selling on eBay. As demand grew so did our need for more space (slowly the boxes filled up not only our shed but several rooms of our house) and we upgraded to a warehouse.
