Description

This is an auction of a The Plastic People of the Universe ...Prague Egon Bondy's Happy Hearts Club Banned - rare LP with massive thick book. Czech Zappa-esq Political Underground Band - this is FRANCE '78 release - SCOPA 10001 Stereo - of music recorded in 1974/75. The band used poems by the philospher/writer Egon Bondy for their lyrics - the Czech government banned the music at the time, it still circulated with fans in the underground arts and political communities. Music made at the risk of being imprisoned or worse - by artists and patriots. Unique and legendary.

Record is visually graded as Mint- and PLAYS Mint-, laminated gatefold cover is Mint- to VG++ only due to the slightest wear at the opening edge upper right. Booklet is in Mint- condition.
