Pop Rock Stereo LP Sealed Paul Jones Privilege Capitol
This is a sealed copy of the Stereo LP "Paul Jones Sings Songs From the Film Privilege and Others" on Capitol ST2795. This LP was released in 1967 and is the original pressing. Has the number 11 at the bottom right corner of the cover indicates that it is Scranton, Pennsylvania pressing. You will not find the vinyl in nicer condition. Sealed in the original shrink wrap, but has a hole punch as seen in photo that indicates the record was a cutout. Shrink wrap has the breathing holes common with 60's sealed pressings. Very rare. As P.P.Pond, Paul Jones performed duets with Elmo Lewis (aka future founder member of The Rolling Stones Brian Jones) at the Ealing Club, home of Alexis Korner's Blues Incorporated, whose singers included Long John Baldry and Mick Jagger. He was asked by Keith Richards and Brian Jones to be the lead singer of a group they were forming, but he turned them down. Jones then went on to be the vocalist and harmonica player of the successful 1960s group Manfred Mann. He had several Top Ten hits with Manfred Mann before going solo in July 1966. He remained with His Master's Voice. He went on to acting and other career pursuits, and performed with other bands.

Shipping to Canada is $11 and to Europe and Australia is $20, but final price is based upon cost by weight and packaging combined. Buyer must let us know when the shipment is to go outside U.S. and stipulate shipping instructions and alternatives and we will respond with a final cost based upon the final cost by weight and packaging materials. We ship in an oversized box 14 x 14 x 4 inches for LP's, 10 x 10 x 4 inches for reel to reel and 45 RPM, and 12 x 12 x 4 inches for 78's and 10 inch LP's. We use peanuts to all ow the item to float in the box so that there is room for cushioning to protect the record. Fragile records, such as 78's are packed in an inner box to provide additional protection. Always let us know if you have other special instructions for labeling, packaging or addressing.

We ship in oversized boxes with bubble wrap and packing material (bubble wrap) to protect your item. Shipping to Canada is $11 and to Europe, Japan, Asia and Australia is $20, but final price is based upon cost by weight and packaging combined.
