Payment is due within 8 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made (by email). I accept paypall only for buyers outside Belgium. Buyers from Belgium can pay me by banktransfer: my banknumber is BE82 9790 8767 4968 (Frank Verheecke, Onafhankelijkheidsstraat 44, 8400 Oostende).
SHIPPING
My shipping rates are as follows: one 45 record shipped within Belgium is 2,50 euro and one 45 record shipped internationally within Europe is 7,00 euro and internationally oversees or outside Europe is 8,50 euro. One 33 record shipped within Belgium is 7,00 euro and one 33 record shipped internationally within Europe is 12,45 euro and internationally oversees or outside Europe is 20,75 euro. Due to past experience of records getting ‘lost’ in the mail , any record that is to be mailed within Belgium that exceeds 100,00 euro is automatically mailed with delivery confirmation, which costs a little more (+ 6 euro for a 45; + 8 euro for a 33). Any record that exceeds 100,00 euro and is to be mailed internationally The buyer will be charged a flat fee of 20,00 euro (a signature will be required by the customer upon delivery.
For CD’s with jewel case you have to pay 2,50 euro (2,00 euro without jewel case) in Belgium and internationally (Europe) you have to pay 8,50 euro (5,00 euro without jewel case). For each additional CD you pay 1,00 euro extra.
SAVE ON SHIPPING.
If you buy more than 1 record you can save on shipping: for 1 up to 3 45 records you pay the price as mentioned above. For each additional record (from 4) you pay 0,75 euro each extra. For 1 up to 3 33 records you pay the price as for 1 LP. For each additional LP you pay 3,00 euro each extra. Once a package leaves Belgium I have no control over the handling. So it happens many times that it takes a long time before a package arrives (so be patient and don’t ask your money back after 8 days).
