DESCRIPTION: Popol Vuh 1st self tiled LP. In textured gate fold sleeve in absolute top condition. Has been kept in a heavyweight PVC gate fold sleeve for many years. Many more unusual Prog/Kraut/Kosmische to come in next few months. Packed this weighs over 500gm so overseas postage is as for a double.Postage cost includes box/cruciform mailer and tracking: LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Polydor 2923 009: YEAR OF RELEASE: 1972. COUNTRY OF RELEASE: Norway: CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): NM/EX+. Vinyl is immaculately clean with a deep, dark sheen. Little , if any, sign this has been played. No spindle wear or spindle traces at all. Played passages of this tonight on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Plays NM, immaculate. Sounds really clean, loud and clear. No background sound even between tracks. Cover is in great shape. I cant imagine you will get much better. The PVC double sleeve has done its job. Cover is really clean and white. It is firm and square and has negligible wear. Really clean inside to gatefold. Really clean labels- just check out the photos. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. Fantastic sounding and looking copy. No need to upgrade again if you get your hands on this copy.. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER KRAUT/PSYCH/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
