Description

This is Blue Note Records BST 89002, A Portrait Of Sheila Jordan, a blue and white Liberty label original* stereo issue of this great recording. The record is in near mint condition showing no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. The original glossy (mono) cover has a name in marker on the back but is otherwise excellent and intact. The back contains an autograph given to my friend, the late Berigan "Beri" Taylor, an east bay  jazz record store owner. The autograph reads "12/12/85 Dear Barry (sic), I'm glad you have this album. Much love Sheila Jordan". The labels are excellent with little or no spindle marks. This is an excellent collector's grade copy of this beautiful original Blue Note. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping on multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
