Description

Censored Colors is the third full length album from Alaskan experimental rock band Portugal. The Man. The album was released through a partnership with Equal Vision Records on September 16, 2008. This partnership is not a traditional record contract, as the band "could work at their own pace and be intimately involved in all factors of their recording career."[3]

The first music video from Censored Colors is for "Lay Me Back Down" and is now available at http://portugaltheman.net. "Lay Me Back Down" features the band performing in a desert, painted in gold.

The album leaked onto the internet August 25, 2008. The following day, the band posted a blog discussing the leak and their support of music downloading, encouraging their fans to download, share, and give feedback about the album.[4

This auction is for the 2XLP of Portugal. The Man - Censored Colors. It is in very good condition, only played once or twice, with no cuts, scratches, or rips. Both of the colored LP's are gold. It also comes with a lyric sheet. This is the Equal Visions Records pressing, and is limited to 250 for this color variant. It will ship in a heavy duty mailer insulated with bubble wrap.
