Description

Ultra Rare Pre - King Crimson! The Brain, comprising Peter Giles, Michael Giles and Robert Fripp prior to them becoming, Giles, Giles & Fripp. 7" vinyl single, Kick The Donkey (Peter Giles, Michael Giles) / Nightmares In Red (Peter Giles). Parlophone, 1967, R 5595.

The Brain had only one single, "Kick the Donkey"/"Nightmares in Red," issued on Parlophone in mid-1967. The group included, or was perhaps solely composed of, Peter Giles, his brother Michael Giles, and Robert Fripp, prior to the album they made under the name Giles, Giles & Fripp, which would later be the foundation of King Crimson.

Vinyl single has a lot of surface marks on it, and the original Parlophone cover has wear, but with the exception of some crackles and and off pop here and there, the vinyl single plays superbly, both sides..
