~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this Rare New Zealand Mono Lp by The Pretty Things entitled " Get The Picture? " on Fontana Records TL 687359, original British pressing from 1966.
RARE and original British Mono First Pressing release of this fabulous rock band. This holy grail Mono pressing is absolutely amazing compared to the stereo release.
The original hand etched matrix numbers located in the dead wax are 687359-1 for side one and 687359- 2 for side two.
This First Pressing features the silver on black printed label text and logo and the original 2 way flipback rear cover manufactured by Phillips Records.
An extremely difficult Lp to find in true near mint condition.
The front laminated clear foil cover is stunning and reveals all it's brilliant full colors ( see scan).
The rear cover is absolutely beautiful without any visible cover wear except for a very light aging line.
All seams, spine edges and jacket opening are clean, crisp and fully intact. The spine title is fully intact.
Both labels are super clean and the vinyl is almost new looking except for 2 almost invisible small paper sleeve marks ( see scan ).
Very difficult to upgrade this copy unless it was still sealed.
