Originally issued on Columbia in 1968 as SX-6306.  Re-mastered at Masterpiece Mastering, Fulham, from all the original EMI mono masters following the original cutting notes.  Print-numbered edition of 5000. Gatefold sleeve with OBI, printed lyrics. In PVC wallet, sealed with sticker.
