An incredibly fine sounding album, this is the TAS pick, an EMI recording of THE PLANETS, pressed during the halcyon days of vinyl in the UK.
MARS alone, let me tell you, with its crunch of horns and billowing bass, is worth the price of admission. A fabulous record, by any measure, make no mistake.
This copy before you was factory sealed* but was sliced open to verify the label edition. It is an early B&W postage stamp platter that has never seen a turntable. (The Odeon label on the cover’s shrink-wrap is for distribution purposes only.)
An audio treasure, in my view, among the top 25 records of all time.

Shipping and handling is $5 for up to 5 LPs shipped within the States. Internationally, $15 via airmail for the first LP, $3 each thereafter. (Canada is half that.) Boxes over 4 lbs., add another $6, because First Class is no longer available at that weight, just Priority Mail. Note, too, boxed sets of LPs require more postage.
