I am reluctantly selling some of my vinyl collection as I am moving house. This beautiful, double gatefold album in red vinyl was bought at the time of release and whilst it has been opened it has never been played, so as such the vinyl is as new.
To mark the 20th anniversary of this landmark record, Primal Scream have re-mastered the album with the help of their longtime friend, Kevin Shields of My Bloody Valentine. Since its release in September 1991, the inaugural Mercury Prize winning record has influenced countless bands and artists, been widely acclaimed by critics as one of the defining records of the 1990s, and as one of the most inventive albums of its generation.
The album had a huge effect on 90s popular culture, bringing acid house and rock ‘n’ roll to a unified mainstream audience that had, until that point, been disparate and underground.
This is a double heavy weight RED Gatefold Vinyl consisting the original album, re-mastered, plus a 16 page 12” booklet with unseen images and interviews with the band and a slipmat of the album cover artwork.
