Description
Autographed 12" inch single "Eye Wish You Heaven" with Funk monster "Scarlet Pussy" on the flip. Signatures include that of Prince and some of his Lovesexy tour band members (Note: No signatures from Sheila E., Eric Leeds, Levi Seacer, Boni Boyer).
I purchased this item in 1992 from a friend who worked for Prince's concert agency in Germany in 1988. He got it signed when meeting the artist in Hamburg on the Lovesexy tour in 1988.
I also bought a 7" inch single of the same release from him that was signed by Prince. The poster that came with the 12" is also signed but I have that one framed and I am keeping it, so please note that this 12" doesn't come with the poster. Of course I can't 100% vouch for authenticity because I wasn't there when the record was signed, but the seller is legit, I trusted him enough to pay a significant amount of money for both records.
The record is in excellent condition. The sleeve shows some signs of wear and has a very small tear in the upper right corner. The signatures were written with a thin gold sharpie and the purple one's says "Prince '88'". I kept the record in a protective sleeve at all time, but the signature shows some very light signs of fading and blurring due to the age and being in the sleeve for more than two decades.
