Description
This has been in my collection since receiving it as a promo item to my store. It's just been in a plastic sleeve sitting in the Prince collection and the vinyls have NEVER even been out of the inner sleeves prior to these photos! Not a single mark on the wax!
These were sent out to record stores and other promotional outlets ONLY and were NEVER available for sale to the general public. Very RARE and most certainly not to be re-issued. This is the PROMO version not the regular European vinyl release.
The cover has some scratches and ring-wear on it (pictured). It came to me like that and I can't even begin to imagine how these came about other than I'd bet that they were recycling black sleeves at WB because the label sticker doesn't have a single mark on it.

There are ZERO returns unless you can prove that what you received was markedly different than what was advertised.
I have been buying/selling/grading vinyl for over 30 years and have had ZERO issues on ebay.
