Product/Provenance
Controversy is the first track on Prince's fourth album Controversy, the track was released as the album's first single 6 weeks prior to the album release in 1981.
This is the very rare US Promo only sleeve.
Worth noting for those in the know there is a copy of this in the RR Prince auction which is estimated to sell at approximately $200.
Condition
Sleeve - N Mint, a tiny bit of age related wear prevents the Sleeve from receiving a true Mint grade although it’s very, very close. It is however in amazing condition, the stylised type face print stands out beautifully on the black background. No creases, splits, rips, tears or discolouration. It’s been lovingly looked after.
Vinyl - Mint, unplayed.
Labels -
1/N Mint.
2/N Mint, there is a small pen mark near the spindle which derives from manufacture.
Both labels are in exactly the same condition as they arrived straight from the supplier. Bright clean, labels.
Genuinely, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer example.

I expect you to receive your product in the same condition it was sent in, having received some terribly packaged items I appreciate how important it is to you the customer to have confidence in excellent packaging. If an auction listing sells for beyond £100 then it will result in free p&p for the uk buyer, only exception being heavy/multiple items. International p&p costs still apply.
